If you can't find your confirmation e-mail…
- Check your "Junk" or "Spam" folder, or your Promotions folder if you use gmail.
- If you do find it in your junk mail or promotions folder, move it into your inbox or to a folder where you can easily find it. Also mark the e-mail "not spam" or "safe sender" (or whatever the appropriate action is for your e-mail service).
- If you cannot find the confirmation e-mail anywhere, it may be delayed. Wait a few minutes then check your inbox and junk folder again.
