Thank you for participating in the Redmond Tree Giveaway! The email you received from us contains your ticket and other information needed for picking up your tree(s).

When you arrive to pick up your tree(s), click the ticket button in your ticket email and show the QR Code to the attendant:

If someone else will be picking up your tree(s), please forward the email to them.

Pickup Information:

• Location: Art Hill Parking Lot at Redmond Municipal Campus off 160th Ave NE west of QFC at Bella Bottega. Maps: General map – Campus detail
• Appointment Time: See the "Ticket" e-mail
• Trees Ordered: See the "Ticket" e-mail

Bring With You:

• A vehicle. Most passenger cars are large enough to hold up to 2 trees. A bicycle with a sturdy trailer can work too.
• Something to protect your car interior from accidental dirt and moisture.
• Your phone with the "Ticket" e-mail ready to show. If you can't bring a phone, click the "Ticket" button on the e-mail and print out the QR Code.

Pickup Procedure:

1. Plan to arrive within the 15 minute window of your appointment time.
2. Drive into the Art Hill Parking Lot at Redmond Municipal Campus, off 160th Ave NE west of QFC at Bella Bottega.

3. Follow the signs to the pickup entrance.
4. Click the ticket button on the e-mail and show the QR Code to the attendant (or show a printout of the QR Code).
5. You will be directed to a loading station.
6. Our volunteers will scan your ticket and load your tree(s) and accessories into your vehicle. See details below.
7. Stop at the "Ask an Expert" table if you have any questions about planting and caring for your tree(s).
