Tree Pick-up Information

Date: Saturday, Nov 15, 2025

  • Your pickup time is noted on your ticket e-mail.

Location: Pickering Barn – 1730 10th Ave NW, Issaquah (map)

  • Enter parking lot via entry on 10th Ave NW, across the street from Costco.

Bring With You:

  • A vehicle. The trees will be in 2-3 gallon containers and will be between 3-6 feet tall. Most passenger cars are large enough to hold up to 2 trees. If your trees are particularly tall, the end of the tree can stick out through an open rear window or trunk window. A bicycle with a sturdy trailer can work too.
  • A tarp or other covering to protect your car interior from accidental dirt and moisture.
  • Your phone with your ticket e-mail ready. If you can't bring a phone, click the button on your ticket e-mail to display your ticket, print it, and bring a printout of the ticket to the giveaway.
  • If you would like arborist chips for mulch, bring a container or bag for them. There will be a limited supply of bags if do not have your own container.

Pickup Procedure:

  • Plan to arrive at your appointment time shown on your ticket e-mail.
  • Drive to the Pickering Barn parking lot and enter from Lake Drive across the street from Costco.
  • Follow the signs to the pickup entrance and drive to the welcome booth.
  • Show your ticket QR Code to the attendant.
  • You will be directed to a loading station.
  • Our volunteers will scan your ticket and load your trees and accessories into your vehicle.
  • After your trees are loaded, park your car and explore the booths.
