Check your e-mail inbox for a link to the sign-up form

We just sent you a link to the tree giveaway sign-up form. Please check your inbox for an e-mail titled:
"Order Form for the Bellevue Tree Giveaway" and click the button in the e-mail to go to the form.

Can't find the e-mail?

• Check your "Junk" or "Spam" folder, or your Promotions folder if you use gmail.
• If you do find it in your junk mail or promotions folder, move it into your inbox or to a folder where you can easily find it. Also mark the e-mail "not spam" or "safe sender" (or whatever the appropriate action is for your e-mail service).
• Check the spelling: . That's where we sent it.
• If you cannot find the e-mail anywhere, it may be delayed. Wait a few minutes then check your inbox and junk folder again.
