Thank you for participating in the Bellevue Tree Giveaway. You should have received a ticket by e-mail. The ticket e-mail also includes has your appointment time, your trees, and other information needed for picking up your tree(s).

When you arrive to pick up your tree(s), click the ticket button and show the QR Code to the attendant.

If someone else will be picking up your tree(s), please forward the ticket e-mail to them.

Pickup Information:

  • Location: Bannerwood Park – 1790 Richards Rd, Bellevue (map)
    Entrance is off Richards Road at 132nd.
  • Appointment Time: see e-mail
  • Trees Ordered: see e-mail

Bring With You:

  • A vehicle. At the time we distribute them to you, these trees will be in 5 gallon containers and will be between 3-8 feet tall. Most passenger cars are large enough to hold up to 2 trees. If your trees are particularly tall, the end of the tree may stick out through an open rear window or trunk window. A bicycle with a sturdy trailer can work too.
  • A tarp or other covering to protect your car interior from accidental dirt and moisture.
  • Your phone with this email ready to show. If you can't bring a phone, click the button above to display your ticket and bring a printout of the ticket.

Pickup Procedure:

  • Plan to arrive within the 15 minute window of your appointment time.
  • Drive to Bannerwood Park, entering from the side street off Richards Road at 132nd.
  • Follow the signs to the pickup entrance and show your ticket QR Code to the attendant.
  • You will be directed to a loading station.
  • Our volunteers will scan your ticket and load your trees and accessories into your vehicle.
