Check your inbox and confirm your order
Click the confirmation link in the e-mail we just sent to you.
- Check your inbox for an e-mail titled "Ticket for your Free Trees from Redmond"
- Click the "Confirm My Order" button in the e-mail. (you may review your trees and appointments before clicking).
Can't find the Ticket e-mail?
- Check your "Junk" or "Spam" folder, or your Promotions folder if you use gmail.
- If you do find it in your junk mail or promotions folder, move it into your inbox or to a folder where you can easily find it. Also mark the e-mail "not spam" or "safe sender" (or whatever the appropriate action is for your e-mail service).
- After moving the e-mail, open the email and click the "Confirm My Order" button in the email.
- If you cannot find the confirmation e-mail anywhere, it may be delayed. Wait an hour then check your inbox and junk folder again.
